Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service.
All pricing is in USD and must be paid in full (up-front or after the sketch) whichever works best for you! I only offer full refunds till the sketch phase of your commission, or otherwise offered by me. Once the piece has started after the sketch, it cannot be refunded.
• Payments are accepted through Cashapp, Kofi, and Paypal ONLY.
• I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.
• I reserve the right to all my art. This includes using it as art examples, posting on socials, or promotions. Remember to tell me beforehand if you have a reason for me not to post your commission.
• I do not allow my art to be used for AI/NFT purposes.
• I need a character reference to work on your commission. Preferably flat colors.
• My art must be credited back to me.
• I don't do large changes in the final stages. Let me know if you want something small added!
• I may give an extra fee if a commission has a strict/ short deadline. Please let me know about it. I'll let you know beforehand if I cannot get it completed in time!
• I will give an experimental discount if your character's species is something I haven't worked with too much.
• Never remove my watermark
• I will not tag my customers in my posts
Design Policy
• You may alter the design
• A design may be sold or traded after it is bought. As long as my original credit is kept.
• The user is allowed to do with the design what they want, as long as original credit is kept and my original design reference is kept somewhere on their profile. purchasing/obtaining the design.
• Do NOT use my designs to spread bigoted, problematic, and hateful speech. Thank you!
• Do NOT train/ run my art or designs through AI

• Hyperpop/ eyestrain art

Won't:

• Bigatory
• Super detailed background
• Mecha to a certain extent, if it's too complex, I'll let you know!
